PoE Shadow, League Starter, Cold, Duration builds

Use Brand Recall to force the secondary debuff from Wintertide Brand to activate faster. Cold Snap for single target. Swap to Devoto's Devotion for more movespeed (also lets you drop the dex node). Can also swap Malevolence for Haste. Sadly can't really use Petrified Blood, on paper it's more ehp than Discipline but Vaal Discipline is more useful imo. Leave out LL if you want to be tankier. I left out Defiance Banner for now because of reservation issues. Get the remaining few k evasion from ring or amulet prefix or higher rolls on flask and gear or something, Utmost Intellect is also very use

PoB: Pretty late in the league so this probably won't get much traction, but I wanted to post this anyways as this is one of the most fun builds I've ever played. I won't claim there's anything super unique here as the core is just a pretty bog-standard power charge stacker, but I am surprised at how relatively underused CSoP is cause this thing hits like a truck (albeit a smaller truck than Penance Brand I guess lol). =This is a Level 98 Tree, if you do not have this many skill points consider the below: -Drop Lethe Shade, this is mainly for endgame bosses that cover the area with degen pools -Drop the extra node in the Sovereignty Wheel -Drop Glacial Cage/Season of Ice Wheel =Do Not activate the Trickster Ascendency Swift Killer until you have a chest that generates Frenzy Charges. For leveling and league start, pick up One Step Ahead until you transition =Do Not constantly cast Wintertide Brand in a fight. You have to wait until they reach max stages and expire to do the most damage. Get used to how
