Trialmaster spawns in an area level of minimum 81 ( which is T14 ).
Allocating "Brave the Tower" on the atlas passive skill tree increases Trialmaster's spawn chance.
A certain scarab can also be used, in order to guarantee Trialmaster's spawn. It is called "Ultimatum Scarab of Dueling". I didn't know that this existed, but in a leaguestart scenario, you probably won't have easy access to it.

That wand is insane, but the damage isn't scaling properly even with +4 levels. I used an Act 2 dagger before this.
