Leveling was done using Rain of Arrows + Artillery Ballista. You can start using manaforge as early as level 8, but I wouldn't rely on it for damage until mana problems are solved with a Thief's Torment (minimum level 30). Early lifetap is NOT recommended.
You can still use Frenzy + Ensnaring + Culling support on a 4th link and it will work incredibly well for boosting damage vs. campaign bosses.
Right now the build feels amazing to map and is capable of T16 60% delirious content. Defensively it's as solid as any other Grace build using Lightning Coil, however the fact that I can use Lightning Coil with a double Hungry Loop setup is mostly due to my peculiar leaguestart bow. If resistances are a problem, The Taming provides a decent DPS boost + resists to make up for the loss of a 2nd Hungry Loop.
The mana problems are solved with a combination of reduced mana cost of skills, totaling 95% reduced costs for skills supported by Inspiration, and only 60% for my primary skill from flask + jewels + helmet implicit. That's creates a big enough difference to trigger all my manaforged arrows on every shot.
Choice of skill depends on the amounts of +additional arrows on the gear. Rain of Arrows and Blast rain works amazingly out of the box for AoE clear and single target respectively, but other arrows have their niche. Ice Shot became my primary skill because of the strong single target burst from the Vaal version.
Overall, great performance despite having only "cheap" essence rares, there's still a lot of room for me to improve the build, but most of the upcoming upgrades will require at the very least elevated CDR boots to hit a similar +50% ICR.
