PoE Witch, Hardcore, Cold, Duration builds

Hello, Looking for help with Vortex in SSFHC. Go easy on me this is my first self-made build. I primarily play SSFHC, and I'd like to make my own build from scratch this time. Most of my characters have died so far, and I'm hoping this one will be safer with chill/freeze effects. Gear equipped is just crap random gear I have on one of my leveling toons. Using Vortex with Grace, Determination, Tempest Shield, and D,Banner. Thanks for looking, and I appreciate your help!

Leveling Tips Act 1 - 5 Rush Elemental Overload on skill tree, if needed pick up Health Mana nodes on right side of witch starter area, i go for life on top right first then branch left to templar area. Buy Minion damage / Infernal Legion support in Act1. Socket in Summon Skitterbots in Act 2. Also optional to level Spiritual Aid during leveling to boost both your and skitter DPS then respec out of it later. On lvl 28 equip 4L Vortex + Deadly Ailments + Cold to Fire + Ignite Prolif

Hello, I want to have some feedback about my SSFHC Elementalist build that I want to play, \~500k DPS FULL uptime with 0 investment (more with Flame Surge burning ground) Defensive layer (note that it's lvl 85) : 4k5 LIFE; 1k5 ES; 9k EVA; Ghost Dance; 3k8 mana MoM; Arcane Cloak and obviously the Chill.

Shield has Tempest Shield Estimate as custom mod Most items have 5-7% bonus defenses added as custom mod Vortex has alt quality to simulate lvl 21 upgrade to Creeping Frost (It's lvl 2425 is too much DPS; unrealistic Cold Snap's Controlled Destruction support had quality lowered to 10 for the same reason. Rime Gaze does not have an enchantment. Amulet has Divine Judgment. Tranquility with current setup would give 52k DPS and ~75 ES. Note (fixed?): I will post the comparison PoBs later after a family outing. When I tried to generate the PoB codes I received an error. 3.16 PoB: htt
