Hello, I want to have some feedback about my SSFHC Elementalist build that I want to play, ~500k DPS FULL uptime with 0 investment (more with Flame Surge burning ground)

Defensive layer (note that it's lvl 85) : 4k5 LIFE; 1k5 ES; 9k EVA; Ghost Dance; 3k8 mana MoM; Arcane Cloak and obviously the Chill.
