This icy caster leaguestarter has tons of damage, enormous Area of Effect, it's a fantastic mapper, and is an absolute blast to play Chill & Freeze every enemy you touch, shattering them with the satisfying sound of Herald of Ice
Patch Note Update: Lategame Arctic Salvo PoB: ~350million burst DPS to ~225million. Will still be incredibly strong with exceptional gems (higher damage than this video) but leveling progression probably has to be changed since Creeping Frost is unusable for campaign/map progression
