PoE Attack builds with custom stat filters

pob : would like to ask this BUILD 1) Should boneshatter be level 8 or 21? 2) How many layers of trauma are expected to be reasonable? I'd love to play and hope you can give me some advice!

So, i managed to get my hands on Hateforge and thought id try to get it going like back in Ultimatum. PoB: Very unoptimized and still low level, not meant to be more than a proof of concept for now. The main idea is to use flask effect, reduced duration and dual wield the ultimatum weapon to get 100% uptime on VLS. Because the Sceptre has very low attack damage, im using covenant for big base damage. Here's my test result of reduced projectile speed spectral helix. Spectral helix can always spiral up to 4.25 rotations, and the projectile speed does not affect the rotation distance. In my test, I found the number of total hits versus projectile speed was limited to 36 hits against this little totem. Further, the hit rate decreased to around 0.5 h

Rough idea of the build, just the framework. I've had this idea for a couple leagues now, basically it's about how you can trigger Infusion for skills you are not actually channelling by triggering Infusion with for example Cyclone, while having a seperate Infusion setup with channelling skills of other damage tag types. The medium cluster notable "Rapid Infusion" gives 50% inc effect of Infusion, so for example from 10% more dmg of supported gems dmg type tag to 15%. With the 9 in the pob it becomes 55% more dmg for every damage
