VLS Hateforge - WIP / PoC

So, i managed to get my hands on Hateforge and thought id try to get it going like back in Ultimatum.

Very unoptimized and still low level, not meant to be more than a proof of concept for now.

The main idea is to use flask effect, reduced duration and dual wield the ultimatum weapon to get 100% uptime on VLS.

Because the Sceptre has very low attack damage, im using covenant for big base damage. Its definitly way weaker than before but with how crazy attack speed will scale this, it might be possible to make it good again.

Edit: Got a couple PMs telling me to record something better and use the "required MTX" :p

Edit2: Updated PoB https://pastebin.com/ySgayyxS Now actually pretty comfy to run through low reds, will level to ~95 and then start making it more of build than a poc.

Edit3: I realized i failed a bit by using ruthless, which doesnt do anything for the projectiles and i mainly play ranged anyway... so i switched to cruelty for now
