Auxium Gave me a Headache

Either I am severely missing something important for how chill interacts with auxium or this item is hella bugged. Was losing my mind yesterday trying to figure this out and still can't quite understand why I am getting the result I am. Maybe someone in comments will know whats going on but as of right now I just have to accept jugg setup will have nigh impossible time getting 30% self chill :(
