Rough idea of the build, just the framework.
I've had this idea for a couple leagues now, basically it's about how you can trigger Infusion for skills you are not actually channelling by triggering Infusion with for example Cyclone, while having a seperate Infusion setup with channelling skills of other damage tag types. The medium cluster notable "Rapid Infusion" gives 50% inc effect of Infusion, so for example from 10% more dmg of supported gems dmg type tag to 15%. With the 9 in the pob it becomes 55% more dmg for every damage type (except chaos, somehow Scourge Arrow doesn't work with Infusion in pob, dunno if that's a bug or what). Though triple voices is probably overkill, this is just a proof of concept.
One thing though is that the 8% less dmg taken of supported skill gems dmg tag won't work for all dmg types, it only works for the channelling skill's tag you are actually using. It also doesn't scale with Infusion effect, as it is a seperate buff from Infusion (Infusion only says 10% more dmg of gem tag type, nothing else).
With a full conversion chain and a bunch of those clusters you can ramp up some quite nice more damage multipliers all the way through, in this test pob I got to x21 more damage multiplier on the fire damage, which is pretty nice for Eternity Shroud. Ofc Ele Focus and WED supports are great, but for example Vile Toxins or Power Charge on Crit with their respective conditions met will be better because they will also apply to physical damage and I believe also the chaos damage gained from extra, but I am not too sure on that (it gets confusing in pob).
You also get Precise Focus, adding 30% crit chance and 20% crit multi per cluster. Juicy.
This method can also ofc be used with any other channelling skill, but for Eternity Shroud starting with phys damage is just so much better (because the % gain as extra chaos applies every step of the conversion chain).
Ed: I just noticed Eternity Shroud only has "ele as extra", not "non-chaos as extra", did not know that.
