I hope you like frenzy charges! Cause we got frenzy charges for days! This is a Raider interpretation of Zizarans Explosive Arrow Champion build! Again, I am a Path of Exile noob with around 3000 hours in the game! I am sure this build can be better but it is getting me through high maps and bosses so I can make currency!
