This build is a defense oriented armor stacker. No double replica dreamfeather but rather Aegis Aurora + 75/75% block, a lot of leech and on ES on hit + vitality to be able to regen even against bosses.

The 3.19 mana reservation changes should be manageable pretty easily (I know POB has been updated but I don't have access to POB right now) by reallocating the free point on an RMR point near Sovereignty and by lowering the level of the Precision aura. The nerf to Defiance Banner will hit the DPS quit a bit but nothing that should be invalidating the build.
