All mods are listed in order from MOST to LEAST important:
Helmet: Devouring Diadem (easy to farm if you take betrayal on atlas tree): Resistance is best craft for us
Body Armor: Evasion/ES base (no influence)-Life, Resistance, Gain energy shield based | For implicits get Hatred effect and crit multi for spells
Gloves: Evasion/Es base (no influence)- Life, resistance, spell suppression, attributes (as needed otherwise dex), damage while leeching | For implicits get: Mark effect and Unnerve enemies on hit
Boots: Life, Movement speed, spell suppression, Resistance, (tailwind if you are $$$) | For implicits get: Drop brittle ground (basically gives us 100% crit chance) and either Elusive effect or Avoid ailments (if you are going for ailment immune)
Weapons: 2 cospri malice
OR
1 cospri malice+ shield. There are far to many variations for me to list them all here, but essentially you can either go for some block or mana reservation for auras (probably defensive ones), ailment immunity etc. For the 1 cospri I would put:
Frostbolt, lesser multiple proj, hydrosphere
Belt: Stygian vise (hunter influence if you are $$$)- Life, resistance, attributes as needed (or dex), Hunter base_gain a flask charge on critical strike, chaos res
Amulet (Redeemer base prefer): Life, +1 level of cold gems, cold leeched as life, cold penetrates X resistance, attributes and resistance as needed
Any of these options are good also for last spots if you have any: Hatred mana effic (good for going shield and more auras), prevent 2% suppressed damage, damage per frenzy
Annoint: many good options here, double curse if you are $$$ (and have a frostbite orele weakness ring), Divine judgement for cheap free damage, sovereignty for aura stacking,
Rings (redeemer): If you are $$$ grab a frostbite or ele weakness on hit ring and go for double curse, Life, Resistance, Get HEAVY attributes (50+ on str and int) on at least one ring, chaos resistance, cold damage to chilled/frozen enemies,
cold damage per frenzy,
Jewels:
Pure talent: when you do uber lab take 1 point at the start of shadow tree
Unnatural instinct: optional, gives free res and a small amount of QoL
Inspired learning: makes mapping feel really smooth (grind cards if you are SSF) and we have a perfect spot for it already
Thread of hope: Optional again but gives us some nice damage+life

-NOTES-
Currently my character does not have the socket colors needed for the setup I have listed here, I have been bouncing around a few of my builds for the last week
and I have kind of neglected the scion a bit >.>. I am going to spend the next few days on it however as I am planning to farm for more build options
If you have any questions feel free to jump into Global chat:773 I am usually lurking in there or leave a comment on the video <3
The Jewel socket near our start that gives spell damage is what you take last

(in the legion demo I have inspired learning on)
I like to keep my guides short and to the point so that you can get the information you need quickly and go back to playing.
If you have any questions please let me know!
WHAT I'VE DONE SO FAR ON THIS BUILD: (just so you have a rough idea) WITHOUT Inspired learning
-sirus
-t16 up to 40% delirious rare maps (I can do 60 but it's very slow)
-3 and 4 way legion fights, I can get 1.5-2 bars reliably with Inspired without 1.3.-1.8 bars.
- up to wave 21 simulacrum
-all breach lords with maven
-shaper guardians
-elder guardians
