PoE Blazing Salvo, Cyclone, Projectile, Mapping builds

This is a recreation of the character in Necropolis League since the character has since been disassembled in Standard. Used to farm T16 Essences and Uber Bosses.

SHOCK EFFECT I've tested shock effect vs Uber Pinnacle Bosses. It ranges from 35% to 42%. The boss died before it got higher I guess lol. The test was conducted using my rare crafted stygian vise belt, not HH.

If you only want the PoB, here it is: I've played several CoC builds over the years. This one is hands down the best I've played so far. Hey all - first time creating my own build, wondering if anyone has any helpful suggestions to make it better! Original idea for the build comes from Zlayge's HCSSF build, which dips down to the bottom-left of the passive tree to get more armor and health and stuff, as well as balance out the stats for Leadership's Price. I know this looks like a meme build, but damn are there rarely league start VIABLE meme builds. With the new Ralekesh's impatience boots we gain minimum charges instantly when stationary and hopefully the buffed arctic armour can do something now. In all seriousness this almost all cheap or currency farmable in white maps unique items and twink rare gear, super basic jewels and cheap watchers eye with plenty of room for upgrades for much later.
