Flame Wall?
''Ignited'' Lancing Steel and Blazing Salvo projectiles adds some flat fire damage. Tornado also can be an option.
I don't know exactly how much damage that will add, but the Flame Wall feels completely in synergy with both of the projectile types. Steel projectiles are on fire / ''ignited'' and Salvo projectiles will cause fire splash effect on the ground.

Cooldown reduction rate or CDR
This mod available from Level 6 Awakened Cast on Crit support gem ( +3 levels from Crit Mastery)
20% CDR on a belt. Rare belts and boots exist with this mod.

Lancing Steel projectiles frequency is enough to trigger Blazing salvo every 0.099s with 52% CDR.
Anomalous version of faster projectiles gem allows us to have 60% of Blazing salvo projectiles returned back to us.
Vengeant Cascade makes our Lancing steel projectiles to pierce on return ,but I'm using here Voidwalker boots to make projectiles pierce additionally 5 targets no mater if they are returning or just starting to travel while you have Phasing. Phasing is gain on kill that's why its so comfy for a zoomy mapper. For bosses, however, the best choice from uniques is The Stampede Boots.

POE2 already promises some WUB magic with crucible tree.
Specifically, node on a weapon with will make Blazing Salvo projectiles fork after passing trough flame wall. Insane, right? and another tree on a shield ,and new unique head piece with tree as well.
