PoE League Starter, Spell builds without Mageblood with custom stat filters

I've been making mainly minion builds for several leagues now, leveling at least 4 of them to 100 in HC Trade so far during last couple of leagues. I've done Zombies, Spectres (when they were viable) and last league Skeleton Mages. We had fairly major minion changes in the patch notes, and thus I'm going back to Zombies. Hey iam currently theorycrafting a more budgetfriendly Reap chieftain league starter without the sublime vision jewel. And iam wondering if the 5% lightning and cold damage, that are basically not mitigated, are going to kill me. The PoB looks good so far. Help is appreciated! PoB:
