PoE Barrage, League Starter builds

Anyone wanna try to optimize this bad boy. The arctic armor and + 25 spell block in config is to simulate the new tempest shield. Not too sure about mana, it might be a bit tight so getting mana or -mana cost on gear could be useful The wand is pretty good but not that hard to craft with ilvl2 wand and an essence of anger. I was planning around a 3.16 league starter since I am done with the league (gauntlet the great finale everytime for me). I have never played a deadeye or EA and i wanted to check out the sniping barrage style. The build seems to be not that much of a glass canon (159% life) and I consider being far away from stuff a rather defensive layer. Also with decent rare gear you should be able to reach around 5.5k life. Some life gain on hit would be nice but I was just throwing some stuff into POB. I would love to test the build now bu

Everything is unchecked, so expect big numbers when you go into burst mode ;) Hyrris Ire would be much more defensive, although you wont gain frenzy charges against big bosses. I have always had a love for ignite builds, playing them as league starters for as long as I can remember. This one is feeling like my most powerful yet, and wanted to get some thoughts on it. A few comments on the PoB in general: 1) Windshriek boots wouldn't be necessary with a +1 curse amulet. 2) Still experimenting with meatshield on golems. If it isn't necessary, wouldn't need unset rings. 3) Large cluster jewel could potentially have better notables What are thoughts people have on the build? I plan to make an ascendant wander as my starter this league, I created 2 POB looking some builds in poe ninja and changing some parts, but i haven't decided which one is better because I don't feel like I know the build that well and I'm not the best at POB. POB pastebin: Build: spellslinger bladefall/blade blast I have 2 sets of gear, everything with starter_X is for leveling/early game, should be stuff really cheap and easy to get a hold of. things listed as target_X are the crafts that I'm going to be working towards obtaining. Nothing ridiculous checked, should be pretty solid DPS, clear will be meh until explode chest, but boss damage should be very good. I'd like to get feedback on it if people have suggestions or things I overlooked.
