Build: spellslinger bladefall/blade blast

I have 2 sets of gear, everything with starter_X is for leveling/early game, should be stuff really cheap and easy to get a hold of. things listed as target_X are the crafts that I'm going to be working towards obtaining. Nothing ridiculous checked, should be pretty solid DPS, clear will be meh until explode chest, but boss damage should be very good.

I'd like to get feedback on it if people have suggestions or things I overlooked.
