This is my league starter Necro build for Affliction. I've been playing pretty much exclusively minion builds since Delve league. SHOCK EFFECT I've tested shock effect vs Uber Pinnacle Bosses. It ranges from 35% to 42%. The boss died before it got higher I guess lol. The test was conducted using my rare crafted stygian vise belt, not HH.
