Hi,

So I try to make a VD archmage nec going. The build is kind of working, I took down most of the non uber boss with it (not the synth guy and the delve guy). T16 are okay.

I won't say T17 are good, or bad with this build. No, more a disaster. So much rip, one shot, etc. Even when I play safe, and summon the bubble to offscreen most of the mob. Couldn't try a T17 boss, but it's probably doable if you know the mechanics.

Basically, I double cast Desecrate + VD in most case, and for Boss and tough rare, I use the Arcanist brand setup.

For defense

• I have Frost Shield + Arcane Cloak.
• Good blocks and Aegis Aurora to get ES back.
• Okeish Armor (with determination)
• ES Leech and ES on hit thanks to the Watcher eyes
• 70% crit reduction.
• 60%+ chaos res.

For damage, I use Archmage of course, and a low life setup to get a good boost. And then the basic : Unnerve on glove, lightning exposure thanks to Awakened lightning pen, etc.

All in all, I'm happy with the way the build does on T16, and the damage seems okay (I need 10 sec of constant burst to phase Shaper) for all content. But I'm still getting a lot of one shot.

If you have any advice, I will really appreciate it.
