Hi to one of my favourite subs! I was just toying around in POB when I looked through all projectile skill changes, including arrow skills and spells. I always liked the sniper's mark interaction with projectiles and also remembered Mathil building some Deadeye totem Ice Spear char a while back. Hey ! I'm working on a poison BV Pathfinder for speed-clearing heist in 3.17. So, objectives are in this order : - Movement speed - Tankyness - Damage (just needed to kill somethings on the way and refilling flasks, no bossing, all contracts will be run white). I plan to level as PC, and switch to BV whit a little budget. My current PoB, it's mid-to-end-gamish... :

All gears are core only and have no influences. Only 3 uniques are Hiltless, Abyssus and Arn's Anguish. 6L is unnecessary, but having on hiltless is OK if affordable. You should be able to purchase all 3 with less than 30C ~day2. What stats to aim for in each gear is already stated on gear name. Other explicits you can just look for resistances to fill and physical damage when possible. I placed T1 resists on all the gears and let them overrun the 75% mark so you can tell for yourself the minimum tier for each (eg:33% overkill for fire res etc). After some tinkering with PoB, talking to other build creators on discord, a lot of back and forth, I finally finished this build and tested it in Standard on a LVL 95 Character (but with the level 90 Skilltree from this PoB). I thought I would try my hand making my own build from scratch. I recently read that the channeling on Storm Burst can continue even through the use of instant spells - something I didn't know before this week! That means Frostblink can be used for movement even while channeling Storm Burst. I also opted to go with 100% spell suppression and high evasion for defensive layers. Eventually I will plan on picking up 30% Elemental Ailment Avoidance which will give me 100% avoidance. Anyhow, here is my build.

I felt that Baron could be used quite well in a build where Pillar of the Caged god gets animated via chains of command, so I did a relatively quick experiment leveling up a champion to see if it would actually work. Well it does. The character is called Raaaargrughhh (Characters of mine that use warcries are named after their sounds like pokemon) and the account is Olafant. Mind you the character is not min maxed in any way and hasnt even gotten it's final ascendancy yet nor are it's gems leveled. Are people sleeping on dark pact as a league starter for 3.17, or is it just too weak. I know, there are the EAs and Nightblade/elusive builds, but dark pact seems to be super strong with no investment whatsoever. No uniques required. Random PoB Occ with no gear, lvl 85 and a 5l Dark pact gives me around 1m single target It scales with minion life, crit, chaos dmg, 5 chains. This has to be at least solid. somebody playing it in 3.16?

This is my first own build and only a THEORY CRAFT until league start. The idea of the build is to self-cast Dark Pact with mana cost of >= 100 to trigger [[Kitava's Thirst]] which then summons the skeletons, casts Desecrate and Flesh Offering, which in return powers the 200% cast speed of corpse pact. I plan to start this league with self casted Skeletons + Dark Pact and transition into this build as soon as it is possible. (need a 6L and [[Fevered Mind]] to hit the 100 mana breakpoint, OR link with archmage gem) Mana regen is gonna be interesting since our Dark Pact costs 100+ mana and
