Everything it accomplished in 3.16 will be just as viable in 3.17. But it will be even stronger! The new Eater of Worlds & Searing Exarch implicit modifiers will add a lot of power, primarily to our Boots & Gloves. Though your Body Armour and Helmet can also benefit from this if you choose to run rares. We don't know the full scope of modifiers yet. But when that information becomes clear in a few days I'll continue to update this PoB with: 1. A list of recommended modifiers for this build. 2. Updated high and uber investment gearsets featuring some of those modifiers! New Additions as of 3.17: -Added a new alternative skill tree for higher spell suppression investment. Out of all the changes this league there is only one true downside for this build. Conqueror Influenced items will be tougher to obtain. Certainly not difficult but they won't be nearly as plentiful as they were in 3.16. Fortunately, the Influenced Amulet prefix modifiers that grant +1 to level of gems have been added to the core Amulet modifier pool!
