My PoE 3.17 Archnemesis League Starter: Cold Blade Vortex/Tornado Occultist

By popular demand, here's my in-depth plan for kicking off the newest Path of Exile league! With about 2 million DPS on fairly basic, cheap endgame gear from Blade Vortex alone (and a lot more from Tornado), I'm hopeful this beast will see me through the endgame fairly comfortably. There's plenty of damage to mow down monsters and quite a lot of nifty defensive mechanics to keep me alive. I'm pumped to give it a go. Have an amazing league, everyone!

Clarification: Tornado reflects 10% of the damage you do to it and deals its own base damage every 0.25 seconds, so while its exact DPS is tough to calculate, when hit 10 times, it's around 2-2.5 mil for the end-game example PoB - (240k+280k)*4.
