PoE Plague Bearer, Cold builds

Disclaimer this is just a fun side project that i am working on and also my first time doing a low tolerance build, so there might be intricacies that I am unaware of. Also extremely expensive build please do not try. You have been warned. The build revolves around the medium cluster notable tolerance which makes the first poison you inflict deal 300% increased damage. I am currently using 4 low tolerance with poison mastery for a total of 1500% increased damage. Discharge does one big hit to apply 1 stack of poison through original sin elemental to chaos conversion. We also want our poison

PoB: This build uses Kinetic Blast to Cast on Crit Dark Pact + Chain. I threw this together since I got a minion life relic and always collect CoC poison gear for fun to try stuff. The idea is that KB might sometimes look like a real CoC skill if you chain it off a Tornado. We create Tornadoes and skeletons using Poet's Pen. This build slapped way harder than I expected when I equipped it, so I thought I'd share. I'm wearing literal random gear. The core of the build can be considered poet's pen + watcher's eye + rings.

Current POB: Showcase: 3.18 MEME build: Not a explosive concoction PF Central concept: Inextricable fate, this boots gives you all damage inflict poison as long as enemies have at least 3 grasping vine on them, meaning that they have to stand still at least 1.5 sec to proc. Looking for some discussion on this theorycraft and its potential as a league starter. PoB: For the most part, this is a fairly typical Poison Pathfinder build. In that sense, I think this (or any other Poison) build will do well at league start. Especially so with the new Mastery node for Poison that grants 300% increased damage on first application. I've also looked into some synergies for this build to grow into that I'd like to discuss. Lethe Shade Lethe Shade seems like a fairly mediocre node which gives a small upside
