I wanted to try and build around beacon of madness with this being my first attempt. The boots come with a massive debuff downside that feels almost mandatory to cycle the skill on and off which leads towards an awkward playstyle with spikey power. Ultimately not something I can recommend but a fun build to theory craft around to try the boots to see if they could be made to work.
