PoE Scion, League Starter builds without Mageblood

I'm hoping to gear this build fully by day 3-4 of league start, im just curious if i made any glaring errors or if people can suggest ways to increase the evasion, armor or life that would be great (will probably only be able to get +1 strike gloves but put in +2 strike), cant really think of any other gear ive put in that is unreachable within the first few days. i dont mind doing less damage if the trade off is more survivability. After watching Empyrian's newest video, I was reminded of world carver and was curious if I could put something together that actually resembled something useful while mapping/bossing. To catch those interested up, World Carver gloves place a slipstream on the ground once you spend 200 mana with a 4 second cooldown. If you combine that with Torrent's Reclamation, and Tailwind from Deadeye Ascendent node, you end up with 28% increased action speed. I was working on a potential Reap Build for this season. Not the greatest league starter, but I was wondering what people thought about the idea.
