PoE Scion, League Starter, Critical builds without Mageblood

After discovering and falling in love with CWDT-scions last league, and seeing the incoming nerfs, I decided to league start a CWDT build to see how far i'd get. Eventhough ward/jewels have been changed, I managed to get it started, with 4 flasks, for about 600c in the first week (those base jewels with flask charges are amazing!). Since I´ve seen more and more people wanting to play CoC I want to provide you guys with my own CoC I´m currently playing.I created this because my league start with SRS Necro was so unbelievably bad that only CoC was able to give me some redemption. Since i played the Occu version of this build the past 2 leagues i wanted to test out something new. The budget for this version should be no more than 20-25 div. Currently I´m just farming 8mod t16 ´s, done all the regular bosses relatively easy and have done 60% Deli farming for a while. Uber bosses i have not tried yet. I think i need maybe 20

I was working on a potential Reap Build for this season. Not the greatest league starter, but I was wondering what people thought about the idea. Disclaimer: This is my first attempt at making an own build. &x200B; Most people I've seen are going to be running Reap on Fire Conversion Inquisitors, but I felt like the loss of Reap's DoT component is a big shame. My plan is to use Soul Tether+ Glorious Vanity (Doryani) with as many auras as I could cram into the build to scale Reap's damage and outsustain the life cost with massive overleech.
