PoE Spell Totem, League Starter, Hex builds

I'm a sucker for perma flasks and wanted to try hexblast mines (seems like it will be good for sanctum and league mechanic which is what I want to do) so I made a POB for it and it kinda looks good. - feel free to steal and modify if interested or provide feedback on why it isn't very good. Not a league starter but something to transition to day 4-5 pretty from poison exsanguinate/PC - You could make the swap at 85 if you really wanted to and had the reservation and flask cluster jewels, 91+ and it would start to feel a lot better. 6-7 mil DPS on a first week

get alchemists mark effect enchant if it exists (30% mark effect is from this, otherwise get hexblast aoe, despair effect or an aura reservation ig) problems that im willing to drop some damage for: - no phys mitigation (grav mod on chest) - no spell suppression (gonna write this off as too hard to cap without dropping too much ES for comfort) max res on shield - mana (no room for clarity, can't go EB and CI) - maybe swap to life and go EB? idk - recovery sucks - maybe.........drop profane bloom.....................yikes maybe swap wand base to accumulator if ur nasty, i just used driftw

Recently I've swapped into Occultist, hence a few things have changed. 1. Blackflame - Enemies ignited take chaos damage 2. Replace Windshreek with a solid pair of boots, life, res, Ignites deal damage faster implicit and Increased action speed implicit 3. +1 curse body armor to replace the additional curse from Windshreek 4.
