The idea is: freezing everything on screen is a defensive layer, probably very good in the Sanctum Frost Blades is getting a huge increase to added damage % so let's try to build around it. Ailments don't care about resistances on hit and whatnot, just base damage, so high added damage is good. Heatshiver gives up to 130% added cold damage as fire if we can freeze things. Looking for some discussion on this theorycraft and its potential as a league starter. PoB: For the most part, this is a fairly typical Poison Pathfinder build. In that sense, I think this (or any other Poison) build will do well at league start. Especially so with the new Mastery node for Poison that grants 300% increased damage on first application.
