Level 90 PoB (I use community edition): I'm using ball lightning in a couple places - the main one is in a CoC setup with blade flurry, and also a low level one in my helm with GMP, high-level added chaos, and CwDT. This procs all the time because of the herald of thunder and storm secret ring. I have another CwDT setup with blade vortex and power charge on crit for reliable power charges. Many thought that this build was completely dead in 3.16 due to aura changes to keep us alive and the removal of dodge, but I have found a way to get it back using Catarina shield mods and beast crafting. As is normal for this build, it starts to fall off around t15 maps. You can still do them no problem, but you can't run straight through at 160%ms like we do for every other tier of maps.
