[POE OUTDATED] Poison Blade Vortex Assassin - Budget Build Guide

My poison blade vortex assassin is my most powerful build yet for an investment of about 1.5 ex. It Makes easy work of Sirus in poe heist (3.12) and has good clear. Considering the low budget, I was extremely surprised by the high boss DPS. This was my league starter for heist and has certainly not disappointed.

POE 3.13 UPDATE

Build lost 1.6 million clear dps, should still be absolutely viable, as we get over 7 million still. poe 3.14 Update

Quite a few nerfs, its still technically viable but it's lost a lot of QOL. I don't love it anymore and would suggest you don't play it!
