Greetings Exiles!

Many thought that this build was completely dead in 3.16 due to aura changes to keep us alive and the removal of dodge, but I have found a way to get it back using Catarina shield mods and beast crafting.

As is normal for this build, it starts to fall off around t15 maps. You can still do them no problem, but you can't run straight through at 160%ms like we do for every other tier of maps. The single target is also pretty low even at max poison stacks and plague bearer we only squeeze out ~1.5m dps.

For those that have never run this build before, it works by abusing the Saqwaal's Flock hood mechanics. Saqwaal's Flock gives us: "Trigger Level 20 Tornado when you gain Avian's Might or Avian's Flight". Avian's Might and Avian's Flight come from a mod called Aspect of the Avian. AotA is essentially an aura that switches between Might and Flight every 4 seconds. Both Might and Flight give us their own buffs, but we don't care about that. All we care about is getting as much reduced duration as we can trigger as many twisters as we can. I currently have .22s for my triggers.

I hope you all enjoy this meme build. There is a LOT of room for improvement and testing. The build only requires 7 gems to work (shield and helm), so there is tons of applications and testing to figure out what is best in slot for those setups. Any tips or advice are appreciated!
