It's 147% now. Ed: I bunged up, I just now realise the Catarina mod only affects Support Gem Quality. This is bad. Sadly this mean 140% Quality can only be reached with a double implicit synth item with unveiled Gem Quality from Haku. Hi. Since Discharge uses charges to deal flat damage, there is no big difference between triggering a spell every 500ms with 2 charges or every 250ms with 1 charge, this is why I choose CwC over CoC. Discharge changes from patch notes: Now has an added damage effectiveness of 450%. Now deals 56 to 203 base lightning damage per power charge removed at gem level 1, up to 394 to 1422 base lightning damage at gem level 20. Now deals 30% less damage with Ailments. Despite the 30% less damage from ignite, the added damage effectiveness seems to me like this will be the strongest skill for ignites. So I threw together a build with medium-budget items and it turns out to deal decent damage. Clearing might be a pain due to the cooldown and reliance on secondary spells for charges, though.
