PoE builds similar to The Feared 76% Dual Strike Of Ambidexterity

The concept of this build is to stack Quick and Deadly note on cluster and megalomaniac to scale % increase and attack speed, Then take as much flat damage as possible from equipment and auras, Then use Omni to get penetration. I leaguestarted glacial hammer trauma with prenerf heatshiver in TOTA and wanted to do something similar. The basic idea is to get a lot of flat phys from Trauma support, then convert to cold for chill and double damage with Frostbreath which is bis bc you can't use Paradoxica with Trauma. Dual Strike of Ambidexterity has a big 70% more damage with mainhand and uses offhand attack time. So we use a 1.9aps axe offhand and some Quick and Deadly cluster notables (60% mainhand damage and 30% offhand aspd) to solve attack speed. Other than that it's fairly standard

Just wrapping up 40/40 in Affliction SC today, so I figured I'd share and archive my league in case anyone was remotely curious. I opened with a Shield Charge Elementalist at league start (Very good build honestly, I just became disillusioned with not being able to do the league mechanic at T16 and so I was speedfarming T8-T10 Wisps in Strand/Glacier/Cemetery.
