The concept of this build is to stack Quick and Deadly note on cluster and megalomaniac to scale % increase and attack speed, Then take as much flat damage as possible from equipment and auras, Then use Omni to get penetration. I think this is probably the most efficient way to play around with this skill.

Character does about 125M DPS with some okayish defense (4200 HP and 4200 leech per second / 37000 evasion / 92% suppression / 50% chaos res / 30% less damage taken with leech and fortify / 100% chance to avoid elemental ailments / Cannot be stunned while leeching).

The current setup costs about 500div including MB (Depends on cradting luck), But you can drop Lv.4 enlighten and get mana reservation from chest or chamrs, And of course you can also drop awakening multistrike and lose something like 10% damage. That way you can save 150div XD.
