PoE builds similar to [3.15] Power Siphon / Kinetic Blast Raider vs Elder A9

I plan to make an ascendant wander as my starter this league, I created 2 POB looking some builds in poe ninja and changing some parts, but i haven't decided which one is better because I don't feel like I know the build that well and I'm not the best at POB. The first POB has more damage ( but i feel that it's more expensive that a true starter , the second one (h I feel it's cheaper but the items are very different. Example for an early endgame PoB for a KB/Power Siphon wander - Note: progressing this build through acts into this endgame well be complicated and I wouldn't recommend for new players. Hi Guys, I want to share my take on int stacking wander this league. The main difference is I am using raider, grace aura, and shaper's touch to reach 95% evasion and 100% spell suppression. This allowed me to play int stacking wander starting at 10-20 ex, instead of100 ex+. my current pob: my current poeninja: [

Hey guys. Wander's been my favorite build archetype for a while (first made a non-int stack assassin wander, then rolled an int stack in ritual, and I've done a couple of raider/deadeye wanders since) and with the abyss unique changes I feel it can be done really well on a budget now. The new shroud of the lightless isn't a 5 link, sure, but throwing Power Siphon into Thunderfist more than makes up for it, especially given the 40% global ele pen I'm currently getting from Shroud.
