PoE builds similar to ICE CRASH (A Carry Skill) - Melts Bosses

The PoBs are all for Lvl 100 because i got or got pretty close to lvl 100 last leagues, so i usually do only lvl 100 PoBs for myself. I'm running an Ice Crash Berserker, and focusing almost entirely on Grand Heists. The build is of course rage-based, which makes it poorer for bossing and their downtime. I've integrated a lot of AoE radius nodes, and have it up to 39 units. I've got about 1 million DPS, and am wondering what tweaks or substantial changes I might have overlooked.
