And I tested it. Works surpirisingly well, tested in standard, can do all content. Deletes bosses despite my PoB showing only 5m DPS, test setup had around \~3m, map clear is very nice. This is a Storm Burst Occultist scaling extra chaos and using Divine Flesh together with Incandescent Heart To get 75% of ele damage taken as Chaos and 90% chaos resistance. For scaling damage it uses 2 Shade of Solaris, 169% increased skill effect duration to get Storm Burst to 3.23 duration and converting as much as possible through 2 [Call of the Brothe

I thought I would try my hand making my own build from scratch. I recently read that the channeling on Storm Burst can continue even through the use of instant spells - something I didn't know before this week! That means Frostblink can be used for movement even while channeling Storm Burst. I also opted to go with 100% spell suppression and high evasion for defensive layers. Eventually I will plan on picking up 30% Elemental Ailment Avoidance which will give me 100% avoidance. Anyhow, here is my build.
