Stormburst Inquisitor, Eldritch Battery+ MoM, 2x Call of the Brotherhood, chaosdmg conversion.

So this is my test to come up with a Storm Burst Inquisitor. I wanted to try the new Consecrated path nodes combined with MoM and EB from Devouring Diadem. Im running a onehander + ES shield with corresponding shieldnodes for the extra ES and defensive capabilities. The offensive idea is to run a p2l gem in the stormburst, and then 2x CotB for a total of 100% p2l and 80% l2c. We then stack elemental/phys as chaos damage whereever we can get it. We also run dual curse Assasins mark and Warlords mark via +1curse neck corruption.

Ive come up with a really solid ground, but have some kinks I want to fix, namely:

1. How to get reliable lifeleech, currently im running a Wmark in my OsS, but it feels unreliable, and I cant use an Wmark on hit ring due to the 2x CotB
2. Running Command of the pit + Hypnotic Jewel for Arcane surge. yay or nay?
3. Loreweave or a rare chest with ES and life (or another chest)
4. General distribution of ES/Life Rares to get the right amount of Life vs ES.
