[PoE 3.6] Storm Untethered: Lazy mapping & T16/T17! 11k EHP Storm Brand/Burst Hybrid Trickster

Are you a lazy asshole who is bad at dodging and would rather ignore mechanics? Do you miss abusing Ascendant overleech? Do you want a build that has tons of HP, great clear, lazy single target? The Storm Untethered is for YOU!

Abusing the fact that Life Leech gains recovery from both Life and ES Recovery mods (because of Soul Tether), we make a zDPS, high HPS char that can sleep its way through boss mechanics!

Okay, I know single target isn't crazy here but this is the EO Shades of Solaris / Budget ver ok, will do one with sick wands + full crit. It's also a 5-link Storm Burst most of the time.

The crit version will have as much DPS here but with a SHIELD, so hits near 13k EHP WITH BUDGET GEAR. Dual wield wands should be more than 200% DPS and phase Shaper/Elder pretty quickly.
