Storm Burst Deadeye (for clear speed) build guide - Path of Exile (3.3 Incursion)

Crit Deadeye for projectile speed to make storm burst with CWC ball lightning fast and pleasant for fast map clear speed. Works well up to t15 but is not really suited for bigger bosses, especially if they move a lot. Using lightning spire trap for single target in a pseudo 6 link helmet.

Ascendancy: Deadeye Bandits: Alira

Cost: pretty cheap, can be done on 5 link. Mostly just decent rare items. Life/dps: over 5.5k with 50 attack/spell dodge, fortify, life gain on hit from spells. Dps would be enough for Shaper but this build is not meant for that. Difficulty: easy and feels very safe to map with this because of freeze and dodge.
