I'm still not sure if the gears used are optimal or not, but probably can be cheaper and better with Devouring Diadem + Command of the Pit for easy arcane surge and full mana reservation with Mind over Matter instead.
Storm Burst is pretty good overall, except that it has delay of orbs creation at the start of skill channeling.
