PoE builds similar to Insane Crackling Lance Elementalist Build (35M Damage) - Path of Exile 3.13

Hey, Like a lot of you i've been very interested in creating a selfcast build this league. I've been wanting to try out a lightning skill and after testing it a bit on standard i quite like the feeling of crackling lance, so i've set out to make a build for it. I've ended up making two very similar builds. One for Elementalist and one for Inquisitor. Ele seems to have higher damage but Inquisitor is probably a lot tankier with consecrated ground. Ive been working on this build, off and on, for a few version updates and I just wanted some fresh eyes on things I might consider changing up. I can run Tier 13 maps pretty consistently, anything higher tier though I get wrecked every couple of runs and lose all exp progress. Pretty simple play mechanics, all tied to logitech mouse buttons. Okay so I'm not really enjoying this league. I don't like the meta builds they don't appeal to me so I went into the lab to try to come up with some horrible amalgamation of two of my favorite skills: Herald of Thunder and Crackling Lance. My issue with CL has always been having to stand still in order to put out damage when the game, at times, seems to force you to move constantly. My issue with HoT has been that it doesn't clear consistently. Well... they seem to cover up each others shortcomings so why not try to smash them together. I always wanted to do a crack lance and since I dont know if mathil will finish his one, I took his build and did it the way id probably build it. I would love to build it with a natural affinity because it would fit perfectly but sadly its too many points (I usually play my builds up to lvl 92-94).
