Description

This build originally started as an Arc/Inpulsa's build that focused on chaining range. While it worked well, it had a problem with dealing with Beyond Bosses/Sentinel empowered mobs in juiced maps so I switched to crackling lance.

Orb of storms and Tempest shield with Inpulsa's take care of the clear while Crackling Lance is used to deal with tankier mobs.

In this video the build had lvl 18 to lvl 19 gems, and was mainly optimized for gear. There is way more damage potential than seen in the video with a lvl 21 Crackling Lance and quality on the gems.
