⚡ Surfcaster – Crit Crackling Lance Build for Legacy of Phrecia! ⚡

In this video, we’re showcasing a Surfcaster build designed for the Legacy of Phrecia event league that takes advantage of 100% critical strikes while wielding a fishing rod. This build fully converts Lightning to Cold, enabling Freeze and Shock at the same time for excellent crowd control and high burst damage!

By using Crackling Lance as the main damage source, along with Frostblink of Wintry Blast for mobility and clear, this build allows for fast-paced farming without sacrificing single-target boss damage. The Surfcaster ascendancy provides a 100% critical strike chance while using a fishing rod, allowing us to fully scale critical strike multiplier and spell damage without worrying about hit chance.

With Eldritch Battery from Devouring Diadem, we sustain our mana through energy shield, allowing us to run Wrath, Discipline, Herald of Ice, and Herald of Thunder without reservation issues. Mark of the Shaper + Elder Ring boosts our damage significantly, while Inpulsa’s Broken Heart provides great clear speed through shock-based explosions.
