Alright I wanted to see how hard everyone can shit on this build. Keep in mind, it's an expensive meme build, but I like making fairly functional meme builds. There are certainly better ways to build flicker. The idea is we run transcendence and have 100% phys taken as Lightning Coil - 50% Dawnbreaker - 20% Shield corrupt - 8% Helmet crafted and implicit - 16% Purity of elements watchers eye - 12% This gives us a total of 106% phys taken as so we have a little room to play with the watchers eye/helmet mods. First league in a while(skipped last 5 or so). Everything feels so much more dangerous. Had more damage than this at one point but didn’t feel like my survivability was high enough. I attempted regular shaper and was one shot by a gold ice ball. Am I super flimsy still? Is shapers damage still just way up there? I’ve always known about the danger beam. Hello there, I did a theory craft on Power Charge Flicker Strike with the new Crucible Node that allows us to spend Power Charges instead of Frenzy Charges to reset Flicker Strikes cooldown. My inital plan was to go with Assassin and go with Lightning Damage since it works so well with Power Charges, but then I realized that Flicker Strike actually scales with Frenzy Charges aswell and Power Charges are really only needed for our uptime.
