PoE Movement, Simulacrum builds

TLDR: 8~11M DPS full buffs (Totems, flasks), 2.5~3.5M without buffs, 6k+ life, 5~6k leech per second, stun immune, 72% suppress. I often see Oro's Sacrifice Flicker as being just a very budget and crappy version of Flicker Strike, so I wanted to see how far you can take it with moderate investment. What I find particularly unique about Oro's Sacrifice is how well it fits with Slayer and Kaom's Heart, so we're going to focus on scaling Health, Crit and max life leech. I finally finished my build, killed all the pinnacle bosses including uber elder. Did simulacrum to 27, later I optimized my build further but didn't try again. can't kill uber variants perma 9 endurance 9 frenzy. 4 power on uniques 100% chance to avoid all ailments and stun layers of defense 73% from armour + 44% from endurance+determination physical dmg reduction + 8% from infusion 75% capped resists + 100% suppress with 56% reduction. 20 fortify, 10% reduced damage taking while leeching, 47% evasion, blinded enemy

FAQ: Can I leaguestart as this build? I wouldn't recommend it. Why not? Flicker strike is notoriously not an easy build to leaguestart, and this specific variant has even steeper requirements. It absolutely sucks for single target because of frenzy charge problem, making Farrul's Fur and Enhance support mandatory. Better try this as your 2nd character. What kind of build is this?
