(Updated 3.27 POB) Starter Build - Elementalist Shield Charge Prismatic Burst, 2.4M DPS, PoE

Elementalist Prismatic Burst ignite starter build using Shield Charge as movement and attacking skill: 2.4M Pinnacle DPS, 4k life, 16k Armour, 96% spell suppression atm. I started with this char in 3.21, was pretty ok. I spent around 3 div here (can be more in first few days of the league), many rooms for upgrades. It's bit squishy, I was thinking to use Lightning Coil with +2 AoE gems, because phys dmg is a problem now. But later I swapped to Vortex Ignite, which has much higher potential. Still shield charge is very fast mapper and can be upgraded a bit, up to 10-15M DPS I think with better gear.

I switched to shield charge after lvl 60-65.
