For my league start for 3.21 Crucible I wanted to make a build guide using vortex to make it easier to move into Cast on Crit FR. However, once I watched @subtractem Fire Trap build guide, there's no point in trying to league start any other witch build. All the credit goes to him, I just wanted to show off my quick budget version with half a million dps and what that could do.
