PoE Vampirism builds

So with the release of the 'monsters deal 25% less damage, 50% more life' I think Assassin benefits more than anyone, especially because Opportunistic grants -20% less dmg taken when 2+ rares around, and 8% less from Infusion results in enemies doing 0.55x the damage. I somehow got 400k sirus DPS with severe restraint in terms of the items I chose not even counting the release wave damage. Scorching. This is obviously a template and not a full build but I'm surprised at how good the numbers look on this. Comments welcome.

Hi, lately i've been playing stormburst inquisitor, to great success, done most content in the game including feared, it's reasonably tanky and worked well on scuffed ssf gear, scaling nicely as i went through the new atlas. as it's my first time making my own build, do you guys see any glaring improvement here or any good opportunity to min-max? i've been getting better at crafting gear as far as ssf goes, so any advice is welcome, thanks :D POB:

It is heavily based on the interactions showed by u/james_poe earlier in scourge. The build use some interactions between recoup, mom, petrified blood, energy shield and frost shield to soften up the damage taken on life and regain it overtime. Hey guys, I'm asking for some ideas/critique/help with my possible Lighting Tendies starter for 3.17 Some highlights of the build: Defenses: 20k+ armour, Petrified Blood, 2,1k Elemental Aegis, Reflect Immune, 1k ES, 5k+ Health, Corrupted Blood Immunity, Shock Immune, Reduced effect on chill and ignite (50%+) Life Recovery: 400 hp regen, 1k hp leech, 50% damage taken recouped as life, 3% life recovered on kill 1,3m current dps, should be around 3m dps with Phantasmal gem in 3.17. Looking for some feedback before leaguestart. I've been working on a medium-high budget version for comfortable bossing and harder atlas content. I bumped up the gem levels on BB to simulate the buffs. Added Skitterbots for 'Divine blessing support' as a temp aura for bossing. (That's why I have to much reserved mana) My focus is on great sustain in longer boss fights. Life on spellhit, up to 86%dmg taken recoup, 800+ life regen, Eldritch battery w. 800+ ES regen (will also make the Blessing cost feel "free") and fix mana issues. If you arent tired of BV occultist yet, this build will probably destroy any delve content. You have 3 curses + grace + some spell supression + regen/recoup as a base defense. EB takes care of any mana concerns. You get something like 15% of life on kill which in delve happens all the time. you destroy all corpses and jumping spiders should be insta gibbed as long as BV is up. DPS can scale very easily on no items. If you wanna go fast other movement skills are an option and plage bearer lets you dash through all content i would be running this if i hadnt played B
